About Me
Passionate About Inspiring Others to Shine

Who I Am
My journey into this work started close to home—I discovered that some of my children were dyslexic, which sparked a deep dive into understanding dyslexic thinking and neurodiversity. Later, I realised I was dyslexic too, and that discovery changed my life perspective.

Through personal experience and years of working with others, I’ve seen the unique strengths dyslexics bring to the table, from their ability to connect, creativity to problem-solving, and I’ve also witnessed the challenges they often face in environments that don’t fully support or recognise their thinking style.

My Approach
What makes my work unique is that it’s deeply personal and practical. I draw on my own experiences as a dyslexic parent, professional, and advocate, combined with evidence-based strategies and a passion for empowering others.

Whether I’m working one-on-one with an individual or collaborating with a team, my goal is always the same: to help people see their worth, recognise their potential, and create environments where everyone can thrive.

A Little More About Me
When I’m not coaching, or running workshops, I’m a big believer in lifelong learning and growth. I love exploring how we can reframe challenges to unlock potential, both for individuals and organisations. It's not just work for me; it's a way of life that keeps me curious and inspired.

If you’re ready to optimise the power of dyslexic thinking or create a more inclusive workplace, I’d love to connect. Let’s unlock your strengths and achieve something extraordinary together.
